Class Information:
- Recital Costumes: Recital Costumes will run from $65-$85.
- Certain classes will require specific attire and shoes.
- Baton Twirling Classes will require a baton and jazz shoes . Depending on where you purchase these items a baton can run from $40-$55 and jazz shoes run $13-$40.
- Mommy and Me Twirling Classes require purchasing a baton and jazz shoes for the child. Batons for the parent or loved one will be provided during class.
- Batons can be purchases through the studio in our online store. Plastic and toy batons are not acceptable as batons.
Policies:
- BC Majorettes reserves the right to change class time and/or combine any classes with less than expected enrollment. The studio reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach class.
- Parents are not allowed in the classroom during class unless it is Watch Week or the teacher requests that parents come in and watch. Please refer to the google calendar in the parent portal for this year’s Watch Weeks.
- If a class has specific attire requirements, they must be fulfilled as quickly as possible, but no later than the third week of class.
- Tuition is charged on a monthly basis. All students must sign up for autopay, but we do offer payment by check or cash. Tuition will be applied to the student’s account on the 1st of the month. If you would like the studio to automatically charge your account, we will charge your account via Autopay on the 6th of every month to your working credit card or ACH on file. If you would like to make a manual payment through the parent portal, you must pay by the 5th of the month. If paying by check or cash, payment must be received by the 3rd of each month. If payment has not been received by the 5th, on the 6th of every month, the studio will charge your account via Autopay. Payments must be turned in to Brittany Ashcraft or Gretta Johnson. Do not hand directly to a teacher.
Students with outstanding accounts will not be admitted to class unless other arrangements have been made. There are no refunds on any tuition or fees paid to BC Majorettes. There will be a $35 fee charged for returned checks.
If tuition is not paid by the 6th of the month, there will be $10 late fee applied after the 10th. An additional fee of $15 will be added for unpaid balances on the 20th.
